Albanopolis
Albanopolis collects the real estate properties belonging to the family that want to respond to the needs of harmony with nature, serenity in the coexistence of people, recalling the traditions of hospitality and the history of our country. The name derives from the union of the family name Albano and the Greek concept of Polis and not from the ancient capital of the Illyrian people in Albania. Albano derives from Albanus from Latin as ethnic, inhabitant of Alba Longa, today Castel Gandolfo summer residence of the Popes, the ancient city of Lazio, near the lake of the same name, founded, according to legend, by Ascanius, son of Aeneas. City destroyed by Rome after what can be considered, translating it into football, the first derby, the battle between orazi and curiazi, with the consecutive mass migration to southern Italy. The reconstruction of the name, certainly not without some historical foundation, is suitable for ennobling a family that even has a pope, Clement XI, and a cardinal.
